Once the package leaves the plant, a tracking code is created with the tracking number of the order.
You have a maximum period of 15 calendar days to proceed with the return of your purchase from the receipt of the same. You will not have to provide any explanation, the product must be in perfect condition, with its corresponding labels, without having been used and in its original packaging (essential in original box shoes undamaged), for this you must send us an email to pedidos@monterocabana.com
If the return is made from Peninsula, Balearic or Canary Islands, in the email must indicate a collection address. The return costs in Peninsula, Balearic or Canary Islands will always be paid by the customer.
The rate applied will be the same as the shipping costs which will be deducted from the price to be returned.
Once you have notified us of your intention to return the item(s), you must send us (at your expense) the item(s) to our headquarters located at Avd. Pozo de la Ermita 2, 41340 (Tocina) Seville Spain.
NEVER SEND THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVING RECEIVED THE RETURN CONFIRMATION FROM MONTERO&CABANA.
Within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the return once the condition of the returned items has been checked, Montero&Cabana undertakes to reimburse the full amount minus the courier costs.
This will be done at the same time of reception of the goods, indicating it on the delivery note.

The order may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. In case of order cancellation: if the order is cancelled before the goods are dispatched, the customer will not be charged. In case of cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund.
CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

The sales prices indicated on our website and its sub-domains are shown in Euros. VAT is included. Service and shipping costs are to be paid by the user and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be informed of these costs before confirming the order and finalizing the contracting process. Shipping costs for orders over 300 € within the peninsula, Balearic or Canary Islands will be free.
