Yes, we ship to different countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination, and you will be able to see all the information before finalizing your purchase.
The standard delivery time in Peninsula and Balearic Islands is usually 2 to 3 working days. For the Canary Islands, Europe and the rest of the world delivery times are usually 5 to 14 working days. Please note that, in the case of customized garments or garments with special adjustments, times may vary. We will keep you informed of the status of your order at all times.
When your order leaves our headquarters, you will receive an email with a tracking code to check the status of the shipment at any time. If your order should have already arrived and you have no news, we recommend you to check the tracking and, if the problem persists, contact us with your order number.
You have 15 calendar days from receipt to request a return. The product must be in perfect condition, with its labels and in its original packaging. To start the process, send an email to devoluciones@monterocabana.com indicating your order number and the pick-up address. Once the return is confirmed, you must send the item to our headquarters (Avd. Pozo de la Ermita 2, 41340 Tocina, Sevilla, Spain).
If the return is made from the Peninsula, Balearic or Canary Islands, the costs are always borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Only in cases of manufacturing defect or damage in transport Montero & Cabana will assume the costs.
Each garment includes a label with specific care instructions. As a general rule, we recommend a delicate cold wash and avoid tumble drying to preserve the quality of the fabrics. In the case of our more special pieces, we recommend professional dry cleaning to ensure their durability.
